    With over 30 years of experience, Tahir (George) Hameed possesses a diverse skillset encompassing executive management, financial expertise, and complex technical project leadership. Leveraging this proficiency, he has spearheaded large projects from inception to successful deployment. His technological expertise spans various areas, including advanced solutions like Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), Blockchain, Analytics & Business Intelligence. He's also adept at applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize project management and system efficiency through advanced statistical modeling.

    George brings a deep understanding of numerous business domains, including healthcare operations, billing & insurance management, back-office functions, advanced financial systems, and telecommunications. Backed by dual Master's degrees in Finance and Business, coupled with specialized data science training from MIT, George has consulted on numerous projects impacting businesses in the multi-million to billion-dollar range.

    Furthermore, his experience extends to the government sector, where he has collaborated with government agencies to enhance their performance. By combining his expertise in healthcare and strong business acumen, George is well-positioned to empower government agencies to achieve growth, expansion, and surpass set goals across various environments.

    Chief Operating Officer

    Scott Rhoda joined Computer World Services Corp. following his retirement from the US Army in September 2007. Before joining Computer World Services Corp., Scott served as a US Army Signal Corps Officer in several Joint Service and US Army positions. He finished his military career as the Chief of Operations for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Continental United States (CONUS) and the Global Network Operations Support Center (GNSC) at Scott Air Force Base, IL. In this position, Scott was responsible for the daily management of the CONUS Theater Information Grid.

    Scott’s military career included command and staff leadership positions supporting the Strategic, Operational and Tactical levels of IT and Communications with service in Europe, the Pacific, and Southwestern Asia.

    Scott is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Computer World Services Corp., including all aspects of operations, programs, Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, Human Resources (HR), and contracting activities. He has over 30 years of IT and telecommunications program management, operations, and training experience.
