Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 Services (ITES-3S)

ITES-3S is the Army’s nine-year, $12.1B enterprise-wide Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The object of ITES-3S is to provide industry best practice, best value, non-personal services to enable a broad range of enterprise-level support services for Information Technology integration and service management activities to the Army, other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, and all other Federal agencies including but not limited to, locations CONUS, OCONUS and warzone areas.

The ITES-3S scope encompasses nearly all areas of enterprise IT that include cybersecurity, integration, consolidation, telecommunications, supply chain management, operation and maintenance, business process engineering, and education and training. The U.S. Army, Department of Defense, or any other Federal Agencies are authorized to fulfill requirements under ITES-3S.
